Start of work
1 - Request a free estimate and we will schedule a visit to discuss your project.
2 - Approval of the design, values and dead lines.
3 - City permits - we can help you with the drawings needed for approval.
4 - Detailed planning of working days.
Some details
We only use concrete from the best companies in the Kansas area.
We use Ab3 instead of 3/4 gravel to help with the environmental issue
We use metal pins instead of wooden stakes to protect your garden as much as possible during the preparation and placement of the concrete.
We protect the walls of the house to avoid concrete splashes.
After you approve the agenda:
First work day:

Broken and remove old concrete

Leveling and set up forms
-
Install rebars and compacted Ab3
Second work day:
-
Approval of municipal inspection (if necessary)

Pour concrete - best time!!!!!

Install yellow tape to protect new concrete.
Third work day:
-
Remove the forms and cleaning... the very BEST TIME !
Driveway: You can walk on that, but only drive after 07 days.
Sidewalks, Patio, Porchs and steps can be used on the next day.
